本網站（toviofficial.com）未使用第三方分析或廣告追蹤工具，網站字型亦由本網站自行提供，我們不會主動蒐集或記錄您的瀏覽行為。惟本網站由 Netlify, Inc. 提供代管服務，其於傳輸網頁時會處理必要之技術性連線資訊（詳見「第三方服務」）。此外，本網站會於您的瀏覽器（localStorage）中儲存您的語言偏好；該資訊僅保存於您的裝置，不會傳送給我們或任何第三方。
我們僅在您主動填寫「等待名單表單」時蒐集您的個人資料。該表單由 Google 表單（Google Forms）提供，您送出的資料會儲存於 Google 試算表（Google Sheets）。

- 將您加入等待名單，並於產品上市時通知您
- 提供商品預覽、上市消息與優先購買資訊
- 在您同意的範圍內，寄送 Tovi 的行銷訊息
- 以彙總、去識別化的方式分析偏好，以改善產品與服務
對應之特定目的：行銷（代號 040）、消費者、客戶管理與服務（代號 090）。
個人資料的利用期間、地區、對象及方式
- 利用期間：自您提供資料起，至您要求刪除、撤回同意，或蒐集目的消失、期限屆滿為止。
- 利用地區：您的資料儲存於 Google LLC 所營運之伺服器，該等伺服器可能位於台灣境外（包括美國等地）；因此您的個人資料將涉及國際傳輸。
- 利用對象：本公司，以及作為受託處理者的 Google LLC（提供 Google 表單與試算表服務）；網站代管服務商 Netlify, Inc. 僅處理為傳輸網頁所必要之技術性連線資訊（如 IP 位址），不會接觸您於表單提供之資料。除法律要求或另經您同意外，我們不會將您的個人資料出售或提供予其他第三方。

This policy explains how we collect, process, and use the personal data you provide through this website and our waitlist form, and sets out your rights under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

How This Website Collects Data
This website (toviofficial.com) uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and its fonts are self-hosted; we do not actively collect or log your browsing behaviour. The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes the technical connection information necessary to deliver the pages (see "Third-Party Services" below). The site also stores your language preference in your browser (localStorage); this information stays on your device and is not sent to us or any third party.
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily complete our waitlist form. That form is provided by Google Forms, and the data you submit is stored in Google Sheets.

We collect the above data in order to:
- Add you to our waitlist and notify you when products launch
- Provide product previews, launch news, and priority purchase information
- Send you Tovi marketing messages, where you have consented
- Analyse preferences on an aggregated, de-identified basis to improve our products and services
Corresponding statutory purposes: Marketing (Code 040); Consumer, Customer Management and Service (Code 090).
Period, Region, Recipients, and Method of Use
- Period: From when you provide your data until you request deletion, withdraw consent, or the purpose of collection ceases or expires.
- Region: Your data is stored on servers operated by Google LLC, which may be located outside Taiwan (including in the United States). Your personal data therefore involves cross-border international transfer.
- Recipients: Our company, and Google LLC as our data processor (providing Google Forms and Sheets). Our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., processes only the technical connection information (such as IP addresses) necessary to deliver the website and has no access to the data you submit through the form. We do not sell or share your personal data with other third parties except as required by law or with your separate consent.
- Method: Stored and processed in electronic form for the purposes described above.
Third-Party Services
- Google Forms / Sheets: Used to receive and store waitlist submissions.
- Google reCAPTCHA: The form uses this service to prevent abuse and spam; Google may collect device and usage information for this purpose.
- Netlify (website hosting): This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States). When delivering the pages, Netlify processes connection information such as your IP address for operational and security purposes.

Under Article 3 of the PDPA, in relation to the personal data we hold about you, you may:
- Inquire about or request to review your data
- Request a copy of your data
- Request supplementation or correction
- Request that we cease collecting, processing, or using your data
- Request deletion

For requests to inquire about, review, or obtain a copy of your data, we will respond within 15 days as required by law (extendable by a further 15 days where necessary); for other requests, within 30 days (extendable by a further 30 days). For inquiry, review, or copy requests, we may charge necessary cost-based fees as permitted by law.
If you no longer wish to receive marketing messages, you may refuse them at any time via the email address above or the opt-out method provided in each message. We will immediately stop using your personal data for marketing, at no charge to you.
Providing Data Is Voluntary
You are free to choose whether to provide your personal data. However, if you do not provide the required data (such as your email address), we will not be able to add you to the waitlist or notify you of launch news.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, and this website uses HTTPS encryption throughout. Please note, however, that no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to This Policy
